I'm back from house comm camp(: lol. anyway, I started off knowing only like 4 people in the camp out of the 20+ people?!?! that's pretty bad. but now I know all of them? XD anyway, on the first day, we had some games. double whacko, blow-wind-blow etc. it was really funny. the forfeit rocked! haha, but I didn't come up with them though. XD then some left for JPSL/PIT camp. then some talks on house comm, themes... etc. then was lunch. spagetti?!?! a little bland though. after that, we play this straw game in the dark (which wasn't really dark). some said more romantic -.-''' haha. anyway, we went to east coast park later for our "treasure hunt" cause apparently, there was no treasure. more like an obstacle course. haha. so there it was, my group consisted of: bao zhing, sipei, ruixin, andrey and wanxin. haha. first we had to stack up leaves to the height of the knee of the tallest person. -.-''' haha. but was quite fun. then we ran off to get some sources from macdonalds. (apparently we were the last group.) then we were given our first clue which was to the skate ring there. they wanted us to find the price of the most expensive shoes and times, multiplay, square root... etc. we didn't want to do that. so we took the forfeit instead. do letters H-A-D-L-E-Y and take photo plus to cheer 3 cheers from a distance. lol. we were kinda maluated cause many stared at us. but we overtook the rest of the groups then cause we took the forfeit straight and didn't bother to try and calculate the price out. haha. so we got our second clue which was at the tennis courts. we found Mrs Anis and started on building our 3-levels high house made of cards. so the rest caught up. and again we became the last, cause the wind was super strong so yeah. but at least we completed it in the end. so we figured our third clue pretty quickly, to the cable wake boarding area. we ran more than 1km? so we caught up with the second group(: then when we reached there, they gave us this NEW bar of soap and wanted us to wash it off finish on someone's leg -.-''' haha. so it was my leg. oh well. it took a really long time. it came from one person washing my leg to 5 people washing my leg?!?! haha. I guess my leg was fairer after that. one fair one not. -.-''' haha. okay. so we had to go to the beach after that and build a sand castle and decorate it with 5 seashells and 6 items each starting with letter H-A-D-L-E-Y. okay. so we used H- handprints. A-authentic holder XD D- dots (: L- leaf E- eating utensils Y- yellow sweet wrapper. our castle turned out to be an igloo turtle. pretty interesting huh? haha. so that was the end of it. we went for dinner at hawker center. yupp. then we went to shop for our breakfast stuff as well as for one teacher's breakfast. haha. were given a budget of $10. so we bought a carton of milk, cereal, bread, nutella, small bottle of milk and part of some milo. used $9+ . haha. went back. had debrief. mini campfire. and bathe! bathe rocked. haha. then they came back from JPSL/PIT camp. lol. ruifen was eating cup noodles with a stirer?!?! haha. and me,chernhwee... were having mass eating biscuitd(: then was movie(: we started off with Mr headmistress. quite funny, guy acting as a headmistress. lol. then changed to Confession of the teenage drama queen. quite nice(: when the show ended, it was 12.30am?!?! yupp. didn't really sleep well. lol. nevermind.
today, we had our breakfast with ingredients bought by ourselves. and zhenling and chernhwee were now part of our group(: so we got breakfast for Mrs Anis. then here's the problem: how to eat cereal from half of a styrofoam box with no utensils? lol. chernhwee was juz drinking it. zhenling used her fingers. and me? I drank some and I fingered some. XD haha. after that, we went on this blind fold thing. chernhwee was in front, then me, then zhenling, then andrey, then sipei then ruixin. so we went. wanxin was like. there's something in front of you, step over it, but chernhwee went to feel so she knew it was fake. haha. so we continued, then wanxin said there was something in front and that we had to crawl under it. chernhwee felt and ended up whacking wanxin's leg which was the so called "something" haha. way to go, chernhwee XD. so wanxin changed sipei in front. yupp. and we went to the basketball court, we all stepped into huge puddles of water.haha. so the other 2 groups came soon. and we saw some earthworms on the ground and natasha saved them all. haha. so we started on this chair game. get from one end to the other and can pick up some bonus. quite fun though we didn't complete the whole thing in that 20mins. chernhwee was in front and I was at the back. yupp. after that we had some talk and feekback session followed by debrief. then yupp. it ended.
ahhh.. I love this camp really fun(: I'm super tired now. wana sleep and BATHE. lol. XD
